Postpartum doula care is for everyone! There is such a broad spectrum of people that enlist help postpartum. First time parents, parents of multiples, parents without extended families to help, families that need support caring for older children, parents who have had their baby prematurely, families experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression, or parents that just want extra support so they can move forward in their parenting journey with confidence.
It is recommended that you have schedule an initial consultation so that you have the opportunity to talk about your needs postpartum. A package will be suggested or a tailor made solution will be created to suit your individual needs.
Postpartum doula care is available in Hawea, Wanaka and surrounds.
If you live outside of these areas, parent support services are available online.
As a holistic sleep consultant I do not offer sleep training.
Any advice of sleep that I give during our sessions will focus on understanding the biology of infant sleep and share strategies that the caregiver can utilise to ensure they are getting the best sleep possible.
I currently hold:
-Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood Education)
-Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (Parenting Education)
-Postpartum Doula Training Certificate from Newborn Mothers Collective
-Circle of Security Parenting registered facilitator
-Circle of Security Classroom Approach registered facilitator
-Certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner
-Comprehensive First Aid
Once you have confirmed what package and dates you require, you will need to pay a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking.
You are able to pay by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Payment plans are available.
Upon booking the Nurtured service you require, you will pay a non refundable deposit of 50%. 48hours notice is required If you decide that you no longer need my services. You will be invoiced for hours completed to wrap up your contract.
